First, screen printing PVC card

PVC card taking use of screen printing is the most common printing method, the operation is more complex in the traditional process, but investment is less in equipment. It has the widest range of applications, which accounts for a large proportion of PVC card. The screen printing cards are mainly used to make gold and silver card. It is only applicable to the large volume production of a simple card and the signature strip on the back of the card as well as printing, such as simple text and graphics, while it cannot be printed the high-quality color pattern.

Second, color offset printing PVC card

At present, color offset printing PVC card is the card type which is the most widely used. It generally uses four-color printing presses to print with UV offset ink. The finished is colorful with good clarity, high quality and it is suitable for high-volume printing. The most widely used presses are Japan AR010 series, if the printing volume is not large, we can also choose the appropriate domestic small business card presses to print.

Third, stamping gold and silver PVC card

Stamping gold and silver card is to use a dedicated bronzing machine to stamp text and graphics on the surface of the PVC card to form the PVC card with high metallic luster. Usually, it is used for VIP cards, discount cards, VIP membership card and so on. If you make a semi-finished blank PVC gold and silver card, it can be produced just by a bronzing machine. It does not require laminating machines, equipment investment is the least and it is affordable.

Fourth, color portrait PVC card

Color portrait card is a personalized card, and the surface of each card is recorded with different information and content, which card accounts for a large proportion in PVC card. There are two ways to produce PVC color portrait card: one is to use thermal transfer card printer to print directly on the surface of the blank card, while the costs are higher; the other is to use a color inkjet or laser printer to print special PVC film base, together with the traditional hot (Laminating machine) method. And it can produce the finished product after hot pressing and punch, the production cost is very low, and it is currently the most popular on the market, which is commonly used to produce a work permit, appointment cards, ticket, badges and other kinds of personalized cards.
